About CompVaultPro

Our mission is to help assessor and appraisal teams bring order to commercial comp and workfile data. CompVaultPro is built so your staff can quickly find, understand, and reuse prior work instead of rebuilding it from scratch.

By organizing data in one system, we aim to improve consistency, reduce manual effort, and strengthen the defensibility of commercial valuations and appeals.

Our Mission

Why We Built CompVaultPro

CompVaultPro was created after years of working inside assessor and commercial appraisal offices. We saw the same pattern over and over: critical commercial data spread across spreadsheets, PDFs, email, and network folders.

Most available tools were either generic analytics platforms, too complex for everyday use, or simply not designed for real assessor workflows. CompVaultPro was built to be different—a practical, office‑ready system that fits how commercial appraisal teams actually work.

Our goal is to give your staff a tool that supports their existing valuation process instead of forcing them into a new one.

Stacked Office Papers

Built by Appraisers for Appraisers

CompVaultPro is developed by Fisher Assessment Technologies LLC led by an experienced assessor/appraiser who has worked directly with county and government appraisal teams. The software has been shaped by real‑world use in active commercial appraisal and appeal work.

Every feature is grounded in the needs of assessor offices: organization, transparency, and defensible support for value. We are not trying to be a flashy startup. We are focused on being a reliable, long‑term tool your office can depend on.

CompVaultPro will continue to evolve based on feedback from working assessors and appraisal staff, not generic software trends.
